3 Bedroom House in Okanagan-Similkameen, Penticton

This is a beautiful renovated, private beach house on Skaha Lake. You will have 70 feet of sand beach with a firepit for those wonderful evenings under the stars or enjoy a bottle of Okanagan Wine on the end of the dock as the lights come on and the huge sky fills up with stars. Barbeque on the large patio. or relax under a weeping willow.. Swim, fish, suntan, take a wine tour or you can hike and rock climb on Skaha Bluff right above the home.
The lower level walkout is a large Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom suite that can sleep up to 6. Bedroom 1- King, Bedroom 2 -Queen, Bedroom 3 -Double Bed with Work Space in family room.
Note- Maximum 6 Guests
The upper level is kept for owners use only and occupied by owners.
We prefer to rent by the week during the summer but we do accept shorter term rentals. We will accept Minimum 4 night for any rental. In the interest of Protecting our clients and To allow effective Cleaning time we have changed check out to 10 am and check in to 4 pm. Thank you for your consideration.

Summary: House has everything you need. Our hosts lived upstairs but you’d never know. Very quiet. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, chilling on the dock and watching the sunset on the back patio. Our welcome gift of chocolates and a lovely bottle of red from a local winery was very thoughtful. The coffee station(including coffee sugar and creamer) was the perfect start to our day. Beds were very comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent. We hope to return next year.

Summary: Very comfortable housing with all the necessary utilities. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Well located for access to Penticton and Skaha Beach. The 2 downsides are 1) that the house is on a very busy road, on a blind curve so entering and exiting is sketchy 2) the lakefront is soft gooey mud. We had a toddler with us and we had looked forward to her being able to paddle in the shallow water which was completely impossible. There is an excellent dock and we had to use the far end to put our paddleboards in - not very easy to do actually.

Summary: Loved it here! Would definitely love to come back! We didn’t want to leave!!! Having the lake in the backyard was the best part ! Hosts were extremely great! Thanks again so much for letting me bring my dog, she loved it too 😊

Summary: Had a great stay. Nice location on lake. Water is shallow on the lake for awhile off property which is great for smaller kids. Comfortable well furnished place. Joanne was great at communicating making herself available if needed.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in this property. We had 2 kids under 2 and they could play on the beach with no concerns as the water is very shallow. The property had everything we needed and Joanne and Greg were great with communication if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: We had a blast and Greg and Joanne were fantastic hosts. The weather turned out great and we were able to use the little beach, the propane firepit, and the kayaks a lot. The AC worked great and the place was very clean and well equipped, both inside and out. Outside is a nice Tiki bar and covered patio and lots of games. We plan to come back another year!
